Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • Change of Mind (For UK & EU Consumers): Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, you are eligible for a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned for a change of mind:
    • Perishable goods.
    • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
    • Products that are not in their original condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within the eligible return period. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and tags, and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Timing: You will receive a credit within a reasonable period of time, depending on your card issuer’s policies. This typically takes 5-10 business days after we process the refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Item: If the return is a result of our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected].

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to post the refund.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
