Yes, We shit internationally using Royal Mail.

It can sometimes take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after the shipping label is created. If there is no movement after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number, and we will investigate.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For damaged items or confirmed lost packages, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery, and we will help resolve the issue.

About Returns & Refunds

Understand our straightforward process for returns and refunds.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
To start a return, log into your account, go to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a return label and instructions. If you checked out as a guest, please use our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
For a faster resolution, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size or item. This ensures you get the product you want without waiting for the exchange process.
We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for items returned due to our error or a defective product. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
